Dmitri is a Site Supervisor in the Plumbing department at Watkins. He started working for Watkins in 2012 as a general labourer and has worked his way up to Site Supervisor level. Dmitri works on site to ensure projects are completed successfully to the highest possible standards before handing over to the client. What do you do on a day to day basis?
I organise people, material, and plant to undertake various tasks according to our contract with individual clients. I ensure the quality of our installation is to the best possible/practicable standard before we hand over to our client.
I attend meetings and coordinate the client’s needs at site level to achieve successful delivery of the contract whilst also looking after the company’s interest at site level to ensure our sustainability in the business.

Sufficient to allow me to undertake daily tasks as Site supervisor.

Yes, part of my job role is to be based on the building site all the time.
