Watkins have recently been awarded the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services install for 188no plots, which includes the main centralised energy centre at Copperhouse Green for Bellways Thames Gateway. Watkins Energy have secured the 25year Esco contract for this complete development, which involves all infrastructure/HIU maintenance, heat collection and billing.
