Ground – 2nd Floor School has Underfloor Heating, Air Conditioning, Heat Recovery Air Handling Units, Extract Ventilation Systems, Passivent ventilation systems, SanitaryWare and IPS panel systems, Domestic Services and Public Health Services. 4th – 10th Floor is 101 apartments over two blocks which is served via the centralised LTHW, BCWM distribution which internally serve individual apartment HIUS providing heating to UFH, Domestic services to bathrooms / kitchens / ensuites, MVHR Heat recovery systems to all plots and sanaitaryware and public health systems.
