Full design and MEP fit out to Studios, Production Rooms, Cinema, Bar, Restaurant, Offices, and various commercial spaces.
Installation includes comprehensive ventilation & smoke extract systems, gas suppression, air conditioning, LTWH Htg & CHW distribution, DHW & Public health systems and site wide BMS system to interface with the base build installation.
Electrical scope incorporating Primary & Secondary LV Sub-mains distribution, earthing and bonding, digital, addressable lighting system, emergency lighting, small power, Fire Alarm & Detection, Access Control, CCTV / Security Systems & Data/LAN infrastructure network.
Design included SAP / SBEM calcs, BREEAM Compliance Audits, Thermal Modelling & lighting calculations.
We have subsequently been appointed for the ongoing maintenance.
