Watkins FM Solutions are responsible for the PPM of the main plantroom that supplies Heating & hot water to the residents.
The site boasts 3 Remeha Eco Pro boilers and CHP plant along with all the associated plant which supplies the primary system.
Watkins FM Solutions also maintain the air conditioning within the onsite gym to ensure that the residents can complete their fitness regimes in comfort.
