Watkins are pleased to confirm the completion of the Benenden School, Music block and School Hall in conjunction with Buxton Building Contractors.
Watkins undertook the Mechanical and plumbing installation, including air conditioning, plumbing, domestics, and above ground drainage, BMS Controls, boilers, underfloor heating, ASHP cooling, air handling units and ventilation.
Watkins FM Solutions will also be carrying out planned maintenance for first 12 months.
