Watkins has been selected by Rydon Construction as the building services contractor for three major regeneration projects; Packington Estate Phase 4, Queen Elisabeth Hospital Hackney and Green Man Lane Ealing Phase 2. Each package includes central plant, distribution pipework, mechanical infrastructure plus electrical and plumbing fit out.
