Martin has over 35 years in the building services industry and joined Watkins as a Divisional Manager. Martin has considerable experience in the education and health care sectors and fit-outs works. At Watkins, he is responsible for overseeing the growth of the Customer Care and Maintenance Division while also running capital projects for our clients.
Paul is our experienced heating, ventilation and air conditioning Project Manager and Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry. Paul oversees all aspects of a venture, including planning, budgeting, personnel and more.
Stuart has worked in various roles over the last 30 years within the maintenance industry with experience across various portfolios including commercial offices, retail banking, government properties, high street retail, schools and universities. At Watkins, Stuart’s primary role is to ensure that our team completes the Watkins standard of service to all of the assets within our responsibility, and to ensure not only the efficient running of the main plant but also that these exceed, or as a minimum, reach their expected life cycle. This helps keep costs to a minimum for our clients and allows them to produce their budgets with confidence. Stuart is also responsible for producing quotations for all remedial works and new maintenance proposals.
