Watkins has secured the largest single contract by value in the company’s history. L&Q have appointed Watkins to deliver the full building services package on the South Grove project in Walthamstow, London. The project will provide 518 one, two and three bedroom apartments plus commercial space.
Works will include Energy Centre, Mechanical Distribution, Electrical Distribution and fit out and Plumbing, Fire safety and Security.
The project work will start immediately on a fast build rate with all work due for completion within 24 months.
