Watkins has begun work on the Barking Riverside development as part of the wider regeneration of the area. This Bellway project consists of 229 residential units, with an estimated M&P valuation of £2.9 million.
Our operations team started on site at the end of 2022, and are programmed to be there for 18 months, carrying out the complete installation of the mechanical infrastructure and plot fit-out works.
Currently, we are progressing well and have commenced the boosted cold water services infrastructure and 1st Fix in one of the blocks.
