Watkins recently conducted our annual apprentices graduation day in our Ramsgate Head Office.
“As part of our investment in training, I was pleased to be able to present nine of our apprentices with their completion certificates and new drills just before Christmas (Main Picture). They all worked really hard to complete their NVQ qualifications last year, and now they have bright futures in front of them.
But it doesn’t stop there, in the last six months we have employed a further eight trade apprentices and have many more in their second and third years of training. This production line of talent will help equip us with the skilled workforce we shall need for the years ahead.”
