Watkins are one of the only firms to carry directy employed engineers who are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Our computerised booking system allows calls and requests to be processed the day of arrival and prioritised. For high priority cases such as gas leak or major water leak we provide a four hour responce from fully qualified Watkins engineers.

Our Customer Care services cover all areas of plumbing, mechanical and electrical services with dedicated staff.

We also provide a full Planned Preventative Maintenance service for plant and equipment installations. We are experts in maintenance of boilers, HVAC, building controls and electrical services. This service ensures that your building services are compliant with legislation and fit for purpose. We believe that prevention is better than cure, our skilled staff and modern systems will help in keeping costs to a minimum.
